All of our Sellers require us to have Buyers complete a confidentiality agreement and be financially qualified before we release to you any confidential information about their business. We ask that you read, fill out, sign and fax back the attached forms to 248-750-1259 or 248-750-1257. If you have already done so with another agent in our office, please let us know so that we can have the agent contact you. It is not necessary to complete the documents again unless it has been more than 12 months since you last completed the documents.
These forms, besides insuring the confidentiality of the business information, also help us to determine your needs and abilities as a buyer. After we have received these forms back, we will need to have a meeting with you in our office to provide you information on the business.
