BUSINESS BROKERAGE AS A PROFESSION: We have positions for all qualified individuals with a desire to enter this unique business. We will position you appropriately in our organization depending on your previous business experiences. We have a variety of positions available and seek individuals from entry-level to high-level executive. We have created an exclusive process to enable you to achieve high income in this field in a short timeframe.

Typically, as a business broker, you will work to identify business owners who wish to sell their businesses. Simultaneously, we have an extensive marketing and referral system which will bring qualified leads to you. Your objective will be to contract those owners to list their business with Sunbelt, then work to negotiate and coordinate the transfer of ownership to an interested and qualified buyer. You will be meeting with prospective buyers, interviewing and qualifying them, then assisting them in identifying businesses that fit their goals. When they have a strong interest in a particular business, you will assist them through the process of making an offer, performing due diligence and closing on the purchase of a business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be college graduates interested in a full-time, commission sales position. We prefer applicants who are previous business owners or who have significant experience dealing with upper level management personnel. A basic understanding of business financial statements is also an advantage. Experience in real estate is a plus but not required initially. If you desire to represent businesses in which real estate is part of the transaction, it will be necessary for you to obtain a real estate sales persons license. We request all new candidates to acquire a real estate license within twelve months of joining our organization.

POSITION AVAILABLE: We are currently looking for sales professionals to join our Southeast Michigan office as Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate has a strong business background, good organizational and time management skills, a bachelors or advanced degree, is computer literate, and has a strong desire to earn an above average income. You must display a strong work ethic and be capable of working without constant supervision. You must be comfortable working in a commission only position that offers an above average income potential. High standards of ethics and integrity are a must!
